If fulfillment is not an integral part of your business, then achieving top quality fulfillment in-house can be cost prohibitive due to investments in labor, equipment, management and real estate. At Olivan we have developed an efficient fulfillment operation, employing state of the art proprietary software and streamlined receiving, pick pack and distribution processes which have evolved from years of experience in managing such operations.

We build customer branded web sites or link to existing sites, to facilitate the ordering of literature, POP and other materials, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also provide a nation-wide toll free number for anyone wishing to contact us in person during business hours.

Orders are usually picked within 1 business day of receipt and shipped out via Purolator Courier, or another company of your choice. Drop ship orders and kitting can be quoted up-front, including courier charges, to accurately set budgets for any project. Due to OlivanÕs high volume and our in house Purolator computer system (PSS), we receive discounts that are passed on to our customers.

To keep you informed we offer a wide range of printed or electronic reports, either on demand or scheduled, which include: general inventory, receiving, low level, shipping and destruction reports.
