BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We strive to give you prompt and efficient service.  Booking your office
visit in advance will help you save valuable time.  If you are unable to
keep an appointment, please call ahead to reschedule.

Initial appointments typically vary from twenty to forty minutes in length,
depending on the complexity of your pet’s condition.

EMERGENCIES

If an emergency occurs during regular office hours, please call 604-932-5391
Our team will triage the situation and admit your pet as soon as possible.
If you are unsure whether your pet’s condition is considered a true emergency,
please don’t hesitate to call; we will be happy to provide what information we can.

If an emergency with your pet occurs after hours, call our office phone number at
604-932-5391 and our answering machine will inform you how to contact an
emergency, after hours veterinarian.

Our answering machine is equiped to take messages in the event that you think
of a question out of business hours, or need to cancel an appointment unexpectedly.

FEE PAYMENT

In order to keep our fees competitive, we require payment at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.  All fees are
expected to be paid in full at time of services rendered or upon discharge.
